Digital Services & Returns

Our services are deemed "consumed" immediately upon activation (for Bio Pages) or delivery of files (for Editing).

• Once a Bio Page is live or edited files are sent, they cannot be "returned".
• All sales are considered final unless a technical fault is proven.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following technical circumstances:

• Service Failure: Your Bio Page could not be activated due to a server error on our end.
• Non-Delivery: You did not receive your edited files or account access within 24 hours of the promised time.

24-Hour Reporting Window

You must report any technical issues or defects within 24 hours of your purchase or file delivery to be eligible for a resolution. Requests made after this period may not be entertained.

Non-Refundable Cases

• "Change of mind" after the work has begun.
• Dissatisfaction with creative style (for editing) if revisions are already exhausted.
• Subscription renewal charges (if not cancelled before the renewal date).

Email us at support@biovisit.in with:

• 1. Order ID / Registered Email
• 2. Screenshot of the error/issue

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Legal Jurisdiction

This policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes related to returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
