Welcome to BioVisit.in. We provide digital identity solutions, including personal "Mini Websites" (Bio Links) and creative editing services. These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and BioVisit ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating from India.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our Services (creating a Bio Page or purchasing editing services), you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the site.
Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Minors must have parental permission to create a public profile on BioVisit.in.
2. Nature of Services
Bio Pages (Mini Websites): We provide a platform for you to host personal information, links, and content. You acknowledge that while we host the technology, you are solely responsible for the content displayed on your specific URL.
Editing Services: We provide photo/video editing and creative services. These are delivered digitally. We allow a specified number of revisions as per the package purchased; beyond that, additional charges apply.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
- Platform Rights: We own the source code, databases, website designs, and functionality of BioVisit.in. You may not reverse engineer our platform.
- User Content: You retain ownership of the content (text, photos) you upload to your Bio Page. However, by uploading, you grant us a license to host and display this content.
- Copyright Infringement: You must not upload content that violates copyright laws. We reserve the right to take down pages that infringe on IP rights.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
We accept payments via major Indian payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards). All payments are processed in INR.
If you subscribe to a "Pro" plan for your Mini Website, it will renew automatically unless cancelled. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in your Bio Page reverting to the free version or being deactivated.
5. Refund Policy
Digital Goods Exception: Due to the immediate nature of digital services (Hosting activation and Custom Editing work), generally, all sales are final.
Refunds are only considered if there is a technical failure on our end that prevents the service from being delivered (e.g., your Bio Page cannot go live due to server error).
6. Prohibited Activities
We maintain a safe community. You may strictly NOT use your BioVisit page for:
- Phishing, scams, or malicious redirection.
- Hosting illegal content, hate speech, or harassment.
- Selling illegal goods or services.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
Service Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime for your Mini Websites but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for any loss of traffic or revenue due to temporary downtime or third-party maintenance. Services are provided "AS-IS".
